Extensive Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds compilation set for triple vinyl release

The new “best of” spans thirty years from 1984 to 2014.

Mute Records are to release a new collection charting the best of Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds from their 1984 debut From Her to Eternity all the way through to 2014’s Push The Sky Away.

As The Quietus reports, Lovely Creatures: The Best Of Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds 1984-2014 will be released on triple vinyl (and CD) with a DVD containing interviews and live footage.

There will also be a deluxe edition that comes with a hardback book of original essays, personal photos taken by the band’s family and friends, and various Bad Seeds ephemera, compiled by Cave and founding member Mick Harvey.

Nick Cave’s Skeleton Tree as was voted our second favourite album of 2016 in last year’s rundown.

Lovely Creatures: The Best Of Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds 1984-2014 will be released on triple vinyl via Mute on 5th May. Pre-orders have not yet been announced. See the artwork below.
